With roots stretching back to 1957 as a construction company, Logue Industries pivoted in 1983 when G.E. Logue, Sr. sold the construction division to focus on manufacturing. The following year marked explosive growth in manufacturing capabilities with the addition of new equipment and machining tools.

The acquisition of Logue Industries in the fall of 2015 completed the strategic vision to create the region’s leading comprehensive metal manufacturing organization. This final piece provided significant expansion in heavy machining and fabrication capabilities, positioning the combined enterprise as an unmatched metalworking resource.

Founded in 1979, M&M began as a specialized metal fabrication shop that quickly earned a reputation for quality and reliability. As demand grew, the company underwent three facility upgrades to accommodate state-of-the-art technology and better serve customer needs.

In 2013, the company entered a new chapter when Frank Pellegrino, Paul Kramer, Jeff Patterson, and current General Manager Rob Glosser acquired the business with a shared vision to enhance technology and expand market presence throughout the region.

Founded in 1989 by Galen Houseknecht as a small job shop in Hughesville, PA, Houseknecht’s established itself as a precision machining specialist serving local industries.

In January 2015, the same leadership team that had successfully grown M&M Sheet Metal acquired Houseknecht’s, responding to the increasing need for machining support and growing regional demand for precision machining services. By February 2015, the company had relocated to a spacious 14,000 sq. ft. facility—more than quadrupling its original 3,200 sq. ft. space—and significantly expanded both staff and machining capabilities.
